Even with the background noises of drugs, violence, and self destruction in my ears and head, I've always had the ability to think for myself and not yield to my environment. Even with dire circumstances, my auspicious spirit prevailed.
As I approached my 50th birthday, I wanted my physical health to match my emotional health. Hence, I took the Rejuvenesence challenge. It's been a month and I can see definite improvement in my flexibility. I can touch my toes!!!
